How blessed we are here at St. Jude to have a stained glass window with the image of the Divine Mercy. It seems only fitting that we make a special effort to celebrate Divine Mercy Sunday, the Sunday after Easter.

At 3:00 p.m. next Sunday, April 11th we will pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet and finish with Eucharistic Benediction. Invite your friends and family, especially those who may have fallen away from the Church.

Fr. John will be in the confessional from 2 until 2:50 p.m. for anyone who has not yet had the opportunity for confession prior to Easter.
If you participate in the Rice Bowl Project, please bring your rice bowl total in the form of a check(payable to either St. Jude or Sacred Heart) place it in an envelope marked "Rice Bowl" and put it in the collection basket Holy Thursday or at the next Mass you attend during Holy Week or Easter. Thank you!

We invite parents with children 5 years old and under to learn about our early learning programs. Both sessions will be offered in-person and/or virtually (live or recorded). In-person families are asked to wear masks and will be social-distanced by family group. Your children are welcome to attend, but please be prepared to supervise them during the session as we are not providing child care this year due to COVID and social distancing consideration. Don't miss the opportunity to see what an excellent environment of faith, academic and social learning that St. Jude Catholic School provides.

auctionSt. Jude Home and School Association would like to thank all the persons who made our Spring Auction a great success. We are happy to say that once the Dr. Long braces sell (and we do have one active bid at $2500…interested parties may submit their bid by March 31) the event will have raised between $8,000 and $9,000. That is not our best result ever, but in the year of this pandemic, it is more than acceptable.
Jennifer Curtis and Kristin McCue led our auction committee. Julie Chrobot was instrumental in coordinating our class projects. The HASA board including Erin Moretti, Megan Hughes, and Julie Beckham were central to its planning and execution. The Nufer Family provided use of the lovely Goodson Event Center. Ted  Annis was once again our faithful auctioneer. Others involved in the planning, decorating, and hosting of the event included Elaina Deranek, Margie Wasoski, Allison Ledee, Lyn Kazmierczak, Rick and Kim Stephens, Sabrina and Tony Mason, and Kristine Unwin. As always there are probably others deserving of mention including the many families who contributed to the fun and creative class baskets and projects. We also thank our beloved parishioners and friends who attended the auction and placed bids in support of our school.

Our top corporate sponsors include Dr. Shawn Long (orthodontist), C. Kramer Interiors, Brookfield Zoo, Camp Eberhart, PRP Wine International, Great Wolf Lodge, Goodson Event Center, Kubiak Lawn Service, The Tire Rack, John Hanley Funeral Home, and Four Winds Casinos.
