Pre K – 8th grade  Please do this each day along with the daily gym activity below for your grade level.

Try to take a 1 sec video of yourself(and family) being physically active everyday.  If you miss a few days do not worry but try to do it everyday.   I will let you know when I want you to “Mash” it, save it, and then share it with me. This can be things like dancing, running, playing in the backyard, taking a walk, jumping rope, playing frisbee, and many more ways.  Be creative and stay physically active!!!!

****Some hints for using the app.

  • Take a picture or quick video of you being physical active on a mobile phone or tablet
  • Open the app
  • Go to My Timeline(will look like a calendar)
  • Click on the current date
  • Add the picture or video that you choose for the day

*** You can take pictures or videos each day and then open up the app at the end of the week to put them into the app.
